Late Registration for Spring 2012

The Mt. Juliet League is still accepting online registrations thru January 28th. You may register at the park office during normal business hours (9-2 daily) or download the form at right and drop it by the park. Since the league has held their final onsite registration, all registrations not done online are subject to a 10.00 late fee. The Cost is 85.00 for tball 4* and 125.00 for all other age groups. *Baseball playing age is based on age at 4/30/12

*Softball playing age is based on age at 12/31/11
